Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier support to users of messaging platforms, addressing their inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation of support interactions and generate reports for management review.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new clients, guiding them in using the messaging platforms effectively.

  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring timely resolutions to all inquiries.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.
  • Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in messaging or communication technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms and mobile services is considered an advantage.
