Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in Polish to assist with inquiries related to rental services.

- Effectively handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on rental policies, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
- Engage in team discussions to contribute to the development of best practices.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the rental or hospitality sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and technology.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
