Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Polish to assist with inquiries related to rental services.

• Collaborate with your team to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on rental policies, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
• Engage in team discussions to contribute to the development of best practices.

• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the rental or hospitality sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customer service software and technology.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
