Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking online content creators.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the content and technical teams to address recurring issues and improve overall service.
  • Keep up to date with platform updates and changes to provide accurate guidance to users.
  • Foster a supportive community by encouraging and engaging with content creators.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in digital or content creation environments, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and digital content platforms is advantageous.
