Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system accurately.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Share knowledge and provide training on product features to enhance client usage.

• Fluency in Spanish and a strong command of English.
• Experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors is an advantage.
