Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support in Slovenian for transportation service inquiries
• Assist clients with booking requests, cancellations, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service
• Stay updated on transportation services, policies, and industry trends

• Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Remote only in Greece
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for customer service with a team-oriented attitude
• Experience in the transportation or logistics sector is a plus
