- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish
- Provide helpful solutions and support tailored to customer needs

- Engage in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
