Support Services Specialist (German Market)

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our support management system.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay informed about product updates and changes to provide the most accurate information to clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest enhancements.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is a distinct advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and patience in managing customer inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with customer support software and systems is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to relocate or work in a flexible environment.
