French Customer Care in Greece - Athens or Remote In Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries related to our services, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address customer feedback.
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and needs.

• Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, whether remotely or in an office setting.
