Italian Speaking Electronics Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a passionate Italian Speaking Electronics Support Specialist to join our remote team in Greece. In this position, you will assist our Italian-speaking clients with their electronic product inquiries and troubleshooting needs, ensuring a positive customer experience from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electronic devices, delivering clear and actionable solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
• Provide customers with guidance on product features, usage, and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure prompt resolution.
• Keep updated on product developments and industry trends to maintain high service standards.

• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in electronics support, technical support, or similar customer service roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to non-technical customers.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and troubleshooting processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
