Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our remote team based in Greece. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our brand. If you are enthusiastic about customer service and possess fluent Nordic language skills, we would love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and order management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about the company’s products and services to offer informed support.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive nature in service delivery.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
