About the Role

Pavago is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join our client, a leading provider of premium western apparel under the Durango brand. If you're a go-getter who thrives in sales, enjoys building relationships, and loves the challenge of closing deals, this is the role for you!

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, reaching new customers, securing re-orders, and finalizing deals within both the Hispanic and traditional customer markets in the United States. Success in this role means relentlessly pursuing opportunities, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound sales calls.
  • Closing Deals: Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting product benefits and securing orders.
  • Account Growth & Reorders: Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about product offerings, customer preferences, and market trends to provide value-driven recommendations.

  • Proven Sales Performer: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relentless & Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed, able to work independently, and doesn’t take “no” for an answer.
  • Master Communicator: Skilled in engaging customers, building relationships, and closing deals over the phone.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English): Fluent in both languages to effectively communicate with Hispanic and traditional customer segments.
  • Fast-Paced & Strategic: Able to maximize time on the phone and prioritize the right prospects.
  • Team-Oriented & Coachable: Takes direction well and collaborates effectively with a team.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Tele-Sales Expertise: Proven experience in outbound sales with a strong closing ratio.
  • Sales Accomplishments: A history of consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build trust, secure repeat business, and follow up diligently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs and sales tracking tools.
  • Apparel Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with western apparel or retail sales is a plus.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be action-packed with high-volume outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals. You’ll:
✅ Review leads and prioritize outreach.
✅ Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
✅ Pitch Durango’s products and secure new orders.
✅ Follow up on previous conversations and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Track your sales performance and look for ways to improve.
✅ Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and optimize sales efforts.
