About the Role:
Pavago is seeking a proactive and empathetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our client’s mission of delivering exceptional value through seamless candidate connections. As a BDR, you will play a key role in converting warm leads, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the team's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Proactively connect with allocated leads through calls, emails, and SMS, ensuring immediate follow-up with hot leads within 2 minutes of generation. Consistently conduct outreach to nurture warm leads and re-engage cold prospects to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Call and Follow-Up Management: Conduct daily outbound calls to leads, following up on previous conversations, addressing concerns, and keeping potential clients engaged throughout the sales cycle. Maintain a structured follow-up cadence to ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Demo Preparation and Participation: Attend and prepare for scheduled demo calls by thoroughly understanding client needs and presenting candidates or solutions effectively to potential clients. Take detailed notes during calls to inform subsequent follow-ups.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, logging all calls, follow-ups, and other interactions with prospects. Regularly review CRM data to track progress and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with both clients and candidates through professional, empathetic, and personalized interactions. Act as a reliable point of contact, addressing concerns and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by adopting a consultative, quality-first approach. Utilize insights from calls and follow-ups to refine strategies and tailor solutions that align with client needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 2-6 years of BDR experience, ideally in a healthcare or service-focused environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish (candidates from LATAM preferred).
- Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Google Meet.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will involve connecting with leads from the previous day, promptly following up on newly generated hot leads, and preparing for and attending demo calls to present candidates effectively. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, collaborate with the team during daily sales huddles, and provide feedback to optimize strategies. Throughout the day, you'll refine your approach to exceed sales goals while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
