About the Role:
Pavago is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our client’s enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from gathering customer requirements to coordinating the implementation and ensuring successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a technical mindset, though deep technical knowledge is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full implementation of the application, from requirement gathering through to successful deployment.
- Customer Requirement Documentation: Gather and document customer requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of the product according to customer needs and specifications.
- Training & Onboarding: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively.
- Risk Management: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, adjusting as necessary to stay on track.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring they’re informed of project progress and any potential issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3-4 years in project management, particularly within SaaS or enterprise-level applications.
- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Technical Understanding: While deep technical knowledge is not necessary, a general understanding of SaaS implementation is ideal.
- Organizational Skills: Proven track record in managing multiple projects with tight timelines and budgets.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to customers.
