Pavago is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is perfect for a digital marketer with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, creating compelling content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging that resonates with the American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms, ensuring consistent branding and voice. Schedule and monitor posts using tools like Sprout Social or similar platforms. Analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing infographics and social media materials using Canva or other design tools. Create engaging content tailored to different platforms, including posts, stories, and reels. Edit and produce basic video content to enhance social media engagement.
- Audience Engagement: Develop content that reflects American culture and resonates with U.S. audiences. Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering community engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader campaign goals.
- Creativity & Strategy: Brainstorm innovative social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Stay updated on trends and incorporate them into content to maintain relevance. Leverage marketing insights to drive creative approaches that improve brand reach.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content for diverse audiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva and social media management platforms like Sprout Social. Basic video editing skills for creating social media content. Familiarity with performance metrics and tools for analytics.
- Creative Skills: Strong ability to create visually appealing, marketing-driven content. Experience designing infographics and other materials emphasizing creativity and engagement.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English, with an understanding of American culture. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
