PayMongo is the Philippines’ leading financial operating system, enabling businesses to accept payments, manage finances, and scale effortlessly. Over the next few years, we aim to redefine the financial landscape with innovative solutions that simplify and empower business growth.

As a PMO Analyst, you will act as the operational backbone of our Platforms & In-Store business pillar. In this role, you will support the Operations Head in day-to-day tactical management and ensure smooth coordination across multiple teams—including the BAU Pillar’s operational teams who provide managed services to the Platforms & In-Store business.

As the PMO Analyst, your responsibilities will extend beyond project tracking and governance. You will own the operational setup checklists, handle any issues or workarounds needed, and keep all internal stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables. Primarily, you will have an internal operations focus, ensuring our internal processes,  resources and collaboration run efficiently as we execute the go-to market strategy for the in-store segment. However, you will also have outward focused roles such as but not limited to working with various vendor partners in overseeing logistics, deployment and other operational tasks as we execute strategies

Key Highlights of the role include:
  • Be the Operational Linchpin: You’ll have a direct hand in shaping how the Platforms & In-Store business pillar executes daily operations.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Work with multiple teams—Product, Finance, and BAU Operations—broadening your skill set and professional network.
  • Room for Growth: As the Platforms & In-Store pillar scales, you’ll be at the forefront of process enhancements, potentially evolving into a senior PMO, Business Transformation, or operations leadership role.
  • Innovative Environment: Contribute to cutting-edge solutions in the payments and retail landscape, helping merchants thrive both in-store and online.

You will be responsible for:
  • Operational Coordination and, Go-to-Market (GTM), & POS Deployment. Execute the GTM strategy for the In-Store segment, manage logistics, and coordinate deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Finance, Legal, BAU Operations—to ensure milestone deadlines are met and to support growth for existing accounts. Serve as the main liaison to the BAU Pillar for managed services, ensuring alignment on requirements and timelines for new platforms or in-store initiatives.
  • Project & Timeline Management. Drive day-to-day tasks, ensuring projects remain on track with committed timelines and target goals. Regularly monitor project progress, flag potential bottlenecks, and propose practical solutions or workarounds. Provide clear, concise status updates to the Operations Head, highlighting risks, opportunities, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Issue Management & Continuous Improvement. Maintain a log of open issues, propose resolutions, and manage any workarounds needed to keep operations running smoothly. Document frameworks, workflows, and best practices for future scaling, and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency.
  • Reporting & Metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards or regular reports to track operational performance, checklist completion rates, and SLA adherence. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to provide relevant data for performance reviews, strategic planning, and resource allocation.

You will be a fit if:
  • Program management expertise. You have a demonstrated track of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Ensuring projects remain on schedule, on budget and adhering to quality standards.
  • Detail-Oriented. Able to track multiple moving parts and ensure every requirement is addressed. Thrive in work that involves process design, process flow, and other forms of documentation.
