Marketing Programs Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Program Manager to oversee planning and executing marketing campaigns for their organization or its clients.   The manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and programs.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing generally and digital marketing principles specifically, including SEO, social media strategies, and analytics, and content strategies that engage target audiences and drive brand growth.

You will work directly with our agencies, management, and store operations to:

1. Develop digital demand generation campaigns to bring in guests and increase members.

2. Improve the guest and member experience to increase loyalty, retention, and brand advocacy; make our members and guests our best source of growth.

3. Increase awareness and sales of our skincare product line and in-clinic products and services

4. Develop programs to ensure PCRK stores earn a stellar reputation in every served market

5. Establish a presence in the communities we serve and enable our 131 clinics to thrive by engaging their surrounding trade area

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and generate leads across multiple channels. A primary focus will be working directly with our outsourced marketing company, leading the analysis and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, and gathering the internal information necessary to effectively execute their strategies. This role requires collaboration and communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment between our goals and the marketing initiatives.

As our primary corporate representative, you will ensure messaging conforms to brand guidelines, approve and monitor campaign budgets, and determine metrics to evaluate campaign performance, and function as a primary liaison with our Franchisor to leverage the Brands National Marketing efforts and collaborate where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Experience in multi-unit retail sales and marketing, preferably in the Wellness industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage programs and projects that encompass many stakeholders and campaigns.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content creation in a similar role, with a solid understanding of content and branding strategy.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, familiarity and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot or Marketo.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity in all marketing activities.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, sales, HR) to develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing marketing processes and implement continuous improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Detailed understanding of SEO best practices and compliance requirements related to digital marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs, the competitive environment, and retention drivers
  • Set strategy for marketing campaigns across a range of channels including online display, search, and social media.
  • Manage and old agencies accountable to performance standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute Marketing investment recommendations that may span multiple tactics and channels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and other marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts and curate content that promotes brand values and messaging.
  • Create content for social media platforms and company newsletters.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility, optimize content for search engines, and drive organic traffic.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns that span the buyers’ journey, including newsletters and promotions, to increase client engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and user engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels, to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing tools and content creation.
  • Evaluate and train local clinics to evaluate and reach their trade areas to facilitate growth and improve their reputation.
  • Work with regional teams to define and supervise regional or clinic level implementation/rollout plans.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor campaign performance and cost per deliverable.
  • Oversee marketing budget.
