Role Overview

As an Acquisitions Analyst, you will work closely with the Acquisitions Manager to support the execution of the firm’s investment strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, analyzing, and acquiring multi-family real estate properties, contributing directly to the client’s mission of delivering exceptional returns to investors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Sourcing
• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals to source new opportunities.
2. Market Research and Financial Analysis
• Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to evaluate the viability of potential acquisitions.
3. Due Diligence
• Support the due diligence process by gathering and evaluating property, market, and financial data.
4. Investment Committee Preparation
• Prepare comprehensive memos and presentations to communicate investment analysis and recommendations.
5. Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
6. Record Maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of acquisition activities and performance metrics.
7. Ad-Hoc Projects
• Participate in projects to enhance and innovate investment strategies and processes.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with real estate software platforms.
• Experience working in real estate investment or advisory firms.
