Digital Marketing Specialist (US Real State)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours. 

Job Type: Full-time. 

Salary Range: Competitive salary.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. 

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in Philippines.

Your Role: Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager

Step into a dynamic role where you’ll create, curate, and execute compelling content strategies that amplify our client’s online presence. This position places a special focus on LinkedIn content, with opportunities to grow across other platforms.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

• Craft engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop visually appealing, targeted campaigns to drive engagement.

Content Creation & Strategy

• Write captivating blogs, thought-leadership articles, and email newsletters.
• Oversee the production of visual content, from graphics to animations.
• Maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent communication.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Design and execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost visibility and drive traffic.
• Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Market Research & Trendspotting

• Identify emerging social media trends and tools to keep our client ahead of the curve.
• Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics.

Brand Strategy & Management

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers to create stunning assets like brochures and pitch decks.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or financial industries.
• A knack for storytelling with exceptional copywriting skills.
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Strong SEO knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Stellar project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns seamlessly.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience managing social media for startups or within real estate.
• Familiarity with influencer outreach and LinkedIn creator partnerships.
• Background in multi-channel campaign strategy and execution.
