About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Ecommerce Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our online presence, managing ecommerce operations, and driving sales through creative marketing strategies. Your input and opinions will be valued as we optimize our ecommerce efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store, including product creation, updates, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve sales.
• Collaborate with the team to implement new ecommerce and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our online marketing efforts.

Non-Negotiables:

• Ecommerce experience, specifically with Shopify.
• Hands-on experience with ad creation (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar).
• Strong social media marketing knowledge, including content creation.
• Ability to proactively contribute opinions and take initiative.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with email marketing and automation.
• Background in SEO and conversion rate optimization.
• Product launching + Tiktok experience.
