Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping Central Time (CT) working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Competitive based on experience and skills

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

About the Company:

Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our executives by taking charge of a variety of administrative tasks. Your support will be instrumental in helping the team exceed its targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Executive Support:

  • Manage executives' schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Act as liaison between executives and departments.

Operations Support:

  • Ensure smooth workflow and resource management across teams.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.

Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.
  • Analyze data to support reports and decision-making.
  • Prepare research briefs and stay updated on market developments.

Reporting:

  • Develop reports on KPIs and project progress.
  • Collect, analyze, and present data regularly.
  • Ensure accurate and clear reporting for stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and track project progress. (may include social media)
  • Define scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Must-Haves:

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Background in customer support and/or marketing roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of English with minimal accent.
  • Proactive and communicative, able to grasp tasks quickly.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and handling high-level executive tasks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in executive support, customer support, and marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Willing to take on various tasks as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
