Role Overview
As Senior Manager Real Estate BD & Partnerships, you will drive growth through data-driven partnership development focusing on institutional real estate relationships and enterprise guest accounts. You'll architect and execute strategies to expand our premium space inventory through commercial real estate partnerships while identifying and growing relationships with high-value corporate clients. This role combines strategic business development, analytical thinking, and revenue generation to accelerate Peerspace's marketplace growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Host Partnerships
● Source, analyze, and secure new partnerships with the US’s largest institutional real estate owners, operators, and property management companies
● Serve as lead account manager for existing institutional supply partnerships, ensuring their success and growth on the platform
● Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize partner performance and engagement
● Leverage data analytics to identify high-potential real estate portfolios and optimize partnership strategies
● Build and maintain ROI models to evaluate partnership opportunities and track performance metrics
● Structure and negotiate partnership agreements backed by quantitative analysis
● Develop scalable processes for partner onboarding and portfolio expansion
● Provide quarterly business reviews and strategic guidance to key real estate partners
● Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and support teams to resolve partner needs and drive adoption of new features
Guest Partnerships
● Use data-driven insights to identify and own high-value corporate client relationships
● Create and execute account expansion strategies supported by booking pattern analysis
● Build comprehensive business cases using platform data to demonstrate partnership value
● Develop and optimize a metrics-driven pipeline of partnership opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
● 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. Experience in Tableau a plus.
● Sales strategy creation skills and experience
● Expert in owning relationships with commercial real estate owners or property management companies
● Proven track record of using data to drive revenue growth through partnerships
● Experience building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis
● Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and partnership management tools
● Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Technical Capabilities
● Self-serving data analysis capabilities using SQL and BI tools
● Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
● Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and financial analysis
● Understanding of marketplace dynamics and metrics
● Ability to translate data insights into actionable partnership strategies
Success Metrics
● Number and revenue of new institutional real estate partnerships secured
● Portfolio expansion and revenue growth within existing partnerships
● Enterprise guest partnership revenue growth
● Partner satisfaction and retention rates
● Efficiency of partnership acquisition and onboarding processes

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000. The actual salary will vary depending on experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
