We are urgently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Client's team in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills and will focus on managing and supporting IT portfolio and project management tasks while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT portfolio and project management tasks, including budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate and collaborate with diverse business and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Document and track project statuses, resource usage, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools like GovIS2 or ServiceNow.
• Support project teams in implementing methodologies such as Agile or PM2 and assist in adapting to fast-changing technologies.
• Prepare and deliver clear, structured documentation and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and resolving issues or escalations efficiently.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Ability to work autonomously, manage workloads independently, and provide timely status updates.
• Solid understanding of IT Portfolio and Project Management methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Portfolio Management tools.
• Familiarity with repository solutions like GovIS2 or ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and fast-evolving technologies.
• Experience producing high-quality documentation and presentations.

Specific Expertise:
Candidates must possess at least 2 years of expertise in:

• Managing and supporting IT portfolio and project management tasks.
• Coordination and collaboration with diverse teams across technical and business domains.
• Documenting and tracking project progress and resource utilization.
• Experience with PPM tools.

Certifications (Nice to Have):

• PM2 certification.
• ITIL certification.
