Software Testing Trainer

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Software Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality training on Manual and Automation Testing. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions, covering key testing concepts, tools, and methodologies while guiding learners through real-time projects. If you have a passion for mentoring and shaping future software testers, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Manual & Automation Testing (Selenium with Java).
• Teach Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Agile Methodology, and Test Case Development.
• Provide hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, and Jira Bugzilla.
• Assist learners with real-world projects to enhance their practical knowledge.
• Assess trainee performance through assignments, tests, and evaluations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve training modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Software testing (industry or training)
• Technical Expertise: Manual Testing, Selenium with Java, SQL, Agile, SDLC/STLC
• Communication & Presentation Skills to effectively deliver training
• Ability to mentor and guide learners through real-time testing projects
