Community Care Specialist (Internal Sales)

New Day Healthcare is currently seeking a Community Care Specialist in the Wichita, Ks area.

Pay rate: $18-20 per hr

Full-time-Monday-Friday 8-5 p.m. Work from home or in the office!

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls and messages from potential clients and consistently strive for emotional linkage and developing relationships.
• Determine client needs and assist in coordinating care by referring to appropriate service lines.
• Collect, share, and manage information using respective databases.
• Clearly communicate detailed information to appropriate teams.
• Track referrals, keep status and notes up to date in database, and advocate for patient care.
• Internally build relationships for the furthering of serving clients.
• Make outgoing calls to patients in the care continuum.
• Performs other related duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications, skills and abilities:

• Patient, attentive and empathetic listener.
• Must have strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be detailed-oriented, accurate, organized, multi-tasker, and great with time-management.
• Initiative-driven individual able to work independently and in a group setting in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Must be reliable, self-starter, strong work ethic and work well within a team.
• Previous sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Will train the right candidate.
