Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices throughout project execution.
Support the establishment and maintenance of Project Management Office (PMO) standards and procedures.
8+ years of experience in project management within the Financial Services industry, particularly in Asset Management.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment operations, and asset management processes.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and clients.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Basic asset management knowledge.
Understanding of risk and controls is a plus.
Experience within PMO structure.
Strong PowerPoint/deck creation skills.
Highly client-facing, engaging with senior stakeholders.
Ability to drive conversations and manage expectations.
