We are seeking a self-starter who is a highly motivated and experienced Inventory and Logistics Senior Lead to process worldwide shipments and maintain inventory accuracy. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory and logistics procedures, and exceptional attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage daily replenishment program.
- Manage the cycle count process to include generating weekly KPI’s for trending and improvement opportunities.
- Support physical inventory activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO and data integrity.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory storage and space utilization of cold storage units.
- Proactively identify materials that will expire within the next 90 days and relocate to a non-nettable location within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by verifying product details and quantities against purchase orders, generated packing slips and if required Cof C’s.
- Daily shipping process includes generating the necessary transit documentation and adherence to domestic and international regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics providers to schedule timely deliveries, manage shipping costs and track all in transit customer shipments.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and suggest process changes to increase efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to all eQMS, safety regulations and warehouse standards, including but not limited to dry ice shipping and handling to ensure product integrity throughout the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to shipping and inventory management.
- Additional duties may be added based on business requirements
Qualifications- B.S degree or equivalent experience
Experience- 10+ yrs of related work experience, preferably in a life sciences, medical device ISO &/or FDA manufacturing environment with temperature sensitive products.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and worldwide shipping regulation and compliance requirements.
- IATA and DOT certification (preferred).
- Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO and FDA regulated environments.
- Experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
- Experience with an eQMS system (BSI preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Ship Manager, Global Shipping & Logistics, Ship Station and Worldship

Working condition- This position is conducted in a mix of office and warehouse environment. Must be able to perform work while sitting or standing for long periods of time. Position may at times require repetitive movements.
