Role Overview:

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value they receive from our services. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to client relationship management, focusing on building strong partnerships, understanding their unique needs, and driving their success. The CSM will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of AI B2B SaaS clients. Understand their business goals, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cold Email Strategy: Provide expert guidance on cold email copywriting, ensuring clients implement effective messaging frameworks that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and best practices to help clients optimize their sales processes, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
  • Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are properly trained on our systems and methodologies.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor client campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
  • Proactive Communication: Conduct regular check-in calls and meetings with clients to review progress, address questions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our internal teams (including the founder, media buyers, and AI/tech contractors) to ensure client needs are met and campaigns are executed effectively.
  • Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts, based on their evolving needs and goals.
  • Advocacy: Advocate for client needs and feedback within Pipeline Formula to drive continuous improvement of our services and processes.
  • Documentation: Document client interactions, progress, and key insights in our CRM and project management systems.

  • High client satisfaction and retention rates, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client churn.

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies):

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or marketing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding or experience in cold email copywriting and strategy, including developing effective messaging frameworks and optimizing outbound campaigns for engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation strategies, and marketing automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies is a very big plus.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience)
