Lead Generation Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SaaS Lead Generation Specialist focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads across the GCC market. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to grow our customer base among enterprises, SMBs, and key industries in the region. Your mission will be to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel, helping to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential SaaS customers in the GCC market using a variety of tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, etc.).
  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and events/webinars.
  • Create prospect lists segmented by industry, company size, and geography.
  • Continuously source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach.
  • Manage, track, and report on all prospecting and lead generation activities.

CRM and Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated information on leads and prospects in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Nurture leads by following up systematically until they are qualified and ready to engage with the sales team.
  • Monitor lead scoring models to prioritize outreach efforts.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

  • Work closely with marketing teams to design and optimize lead generation strategies (content marketing, landing pages, webinars, paid ads).
  • Align with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and feedback loops for better targeting.
  • Provide insights and feedback on customer behavior, objections, and trends in the GCC SaaS market.

Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities across GCC countries.
  • Stay updated on regional SaaS adoption rates, regulations (such as data residency laws), and cultural buying behaviors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and partnerships in the region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS lead generation, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Deep understanding of GCC business cultures and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience with outbound lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to measure campaign success.
