Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with smoke shop owners, distributors, and other partners. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a proactive attitude, and the ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Mastery: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the client industry, competitive landscape, and product offerings to effectively educate and sell to clients.
- Daily Outreach: Conduct high-volume daily phone calls using the company’s phone system to build relationships, pitch products, and close sales with smoke shop owners and distributors.
- Email Campaigns: Send well-crafted daily emails to prospective clients, including the product catalog, order forms, and promotional materials.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize a provided leads list to execute targeted outreach campaigns, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Payment Coordination: Facilitate seamless payment processes and collaborate with the Miami warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipping.
- Customer Success: Provide post-purchase support by tracking shipments, gathering product feedback, addressing concerns, and managing refills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine sales workflows, pitches, and outreach strategies based on feedback, metrics, and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily team calls to share progress, insights, and ideas while staying updated on new product developments.
- CRM Reporting: Accurately track and document sales activities, customer interactions, and account statuses using CRM tools.
- Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, enhance offerings, and implement creative strategies for growth.
- Exceptional Service: Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (Must have).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Nice to have).
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or in a similar sales role, preferably in the vaping, or consumer goods industry.
- Comfortable managing high call volumes and nurturing customer relationships.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle objections and rejection.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track activities.
- Creativity and adaptability to propose innovative sales strategies and process improvements.
- Eagerness to learn and grow through feedback, training, and collaboration.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for contributing to shared goals in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Type:
- Part-time - 6 hours a day

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 07:00 pm - 01:00 am (Amman time)
Compensation:
- 1% of total retail sales
- 0.5% of total distributor sales
Incentives:
- Salary Increase: After the fourth month, achieving the monthly target results in a raise of 100JDs
Target Bouses
- Second month: Minimum sales target of 10,000 USD
- Third month: Minimum sales target of 20,000 USD
- Fourth month: Minimum sales target of 30,000 USD
High Achievement Bonus:
- Employees achieving 100,000 USD in sales during a single month will receive double their salary for that month
