Position Overview

As an eCommerce & Programs Associate, you will be responsible for managing the eCommerce catalogue, overseeing promotions, and ensuring that loyalty programs align with business goals. You will also be responsible for optimizing content rollout and enhancing site functionality to create an engaging online experience for customers.

What will you do?

  •  Manage eCommerce product catalogue across ploom.gr and marketplaces, optimizing product listings, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Oversee the rollout of on-site content, including custom pages, banners, transactional emails, and other communication assets, ensuring alignment with business initiatives and brand consistency.
  • Support SEO strategy implementation by coordinating with agencies and leading content development to improve organic search performance across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and DES teams to resolve technical issues and ensure a smooth eCommerce and loyalty program experience, running UATs as needed.
  • Coordinate new digital program launches and technical enhancements to optimize omnichannel user experience.
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly by aligning with internal teams and eCommerce operations, proposing proactive strategies to ensure a seamless user experience.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Streamline the eCommerce content management process, ensuring timely and efficient content rollout and optimization.
  • Deliver a comprehensive analysis of promotional activities, tracking KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to enhance the omnichannel customer experience and drive digital growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing eCommerce product catalogs, listings, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Hands on experience with eCommerce and Content Management platforms, such as Magento, Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Builder.io, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of content management, SEO best practices, and UX principles.
  • Proficient in project management with a strong ability to deliver high-quality results through collaboration across cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, agencies, and external partners.
  • Experience in analyzing sales trends, website traffic and customer behavior to refine e-commerce strategies and improve performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
