Business Recruiter - Contractor

We are looking for a dynamic Contract Recruiter to support the rapid growth of our business functions, including Go-To-Market (GTM), Finance, People, and Legal. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer extension, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role will be a 6-month contract to start with the option to extend.

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting for Plaid’s Business functions from sourcing to closing
• Partner closely with our Business leaders and hiring managers to scale their orgs
• Work with our existing team to build processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent
• Keep our hiring bar high and be a talent consultant to hiring managers
• Help us improve and scale the candidate experience

• 4+ years experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
• Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
• Excitement to work at a startup and to build and iterate on existing processes
• Desire to build your knowledge of our products and the fintech industry
• Strong communicator across all levels and verticals of the organization
• A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to work out of our office in downtown Durham four days per week.
