Mobile App Management & Strategy Intern - Summer 2025

This internship provides hands-on experience in mobile app management and strategy, focusing on research, analysis, and feature development. The intern will evaluate competitor apps, user feedback, and onboarding experiences to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Their insights will help shape product decisions and future app enhancements. The intern will also attend stakeholder meetings to gain exposure to discussions on app performance, feature development, and roadmap planning, while learning how teams collaborate across product, engineering, design, and marketing.

The final deliverable will be a Feature & Optimization Proposal outlining 10 research-backed recommendations to enhance PlanetArt’s mobile apps. These recommendations may include new features, UX improvements, or performance optimizations across one or multiple apps. Each suggestion will be supported by competitive analysis, user feedback, and onboarding insights, with a focus on improving user experience and engagement. Where applicable, the intern may include wireframes or conceptual mockups to help illustrate their ideas.
