Summary

This Outbound Sales Manager will build the outbound sales function from the ground up, creating and executing strategies to generate leads, convert them into customers, and improve the sales process. This is a newly created role.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to recruit, train, and manage a team focused on outbound sales.

Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing outbound prospecting strategies, optimizing lead generation efforts, and ensuring the sales team meets its targets. The Outbound Sales Manager will lead all outbound sales activities, including script development, sales training, and performance monitoring.

The position involves tracking conversion rates, refining sales tactics, and improving outreach processes to maximize customer acquisition. Collaboration with marketing teams is key to align messaging and optimize lead nurturing.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building the team, defining tools and processes, and continuously improving the outbound sales strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales and team leadership
• Proven experience in call center or telesales operations
• Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance tracking and optimization
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience in edtech, travel, or B2C services is preferred.
