Corporate Receptionist

This position will provide consistent professional telephone assistance to customers and branches with a positive and helpful attitude which will comprise of reception duties such as answering the phone and redirecting calls to appropriate personnel. Also requires the courteous greeting of clients, vendors and delivery staff in a professional manner. Will be required to maintain sufficient inventory of all kitchen and mailing supplies as directed. Additional tasks and office duties as assigned may also be required. This position receives daily supervision and instructions from the Corporate Office Manager. Incumbent makes some decisions within scope of job responsibilities and within written policy and standard operating procedures.  Incumbent’s work is consistently reviewed by manager. This role is full-time and is non-exempt. This position reports to the Corporate Office Manager.

• Receives and directs all incoming phone calls, email and faxes
• Screens calls, takes messages and refers calls to appropriate associates
• Asserts a professional level of phone etiquette and manners
• Greets all clients, vendors and other customers in a professional manner
• Cross trains with the administrative assistant
• Multi-tasks and works collectively with associates
• Prepares packages and postage machine distribute mail - including overnight and express packages
• Maintains all kitchen and postage supplies  
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate 
• work
• Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlines
• Solid commitment to customer and associate service necessary
• Outstanding problem-solving and independent judgment skills essential to make quick decisions within written policy and standard operating procedures
• Proven aptitude to work in both a team and individual environment
• Solid organizational and self-development skills
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Internet Browsers and email functions       

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous or current mortgage experience a plus
