As a Sales Development Representative at Prefixbox, your job will be supporting our international expansion by creating new business opportunities on Shopify. You’ll be responsible for finding great future clients, reaching out to them, understanding their current pains and getting them excited about Prefixbox! (Which is not difficult, since our product is amazing!)


You will organize demo meetings to present our solution to your prospects. You will be able to run the sales cycle from start to close for smaller merchants. On larger deals you will work with an Account Executive to tackle it together. With time, as a next step in your Sales career, you'll have the chance to progress to an Executive role as well.

In this role, you will:
  • Research and identify potential customers via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Contact these prospects via phone calls to get them interested in our solutions.
  • Run the sales cycle from prospecting to close for smaller merchants.
  • Support the Sales team with discovery (continuously collecting and understanding prospects’ situation).
  • Keep the CRM system (Hubspot) up to date.
  • Communicate in English for most of the day internally, and use your other foreign language skills externally (German / French / Spanish).


We're looking for each other, if:
  • You are fluent in English and have lived in an English-speaking country, OR you speak German/French/Spanish fluently.
  • You are an eager beaver excited and motivated by targets (and money).
  • You are a great communicator and like to do your tasks in an organized and structured manner.
  • You like continuous learning and are interested in tech (software area).
  • It's an advantage, if you already worked (~1-2 years) in a sales / recruitment / customer support role.
