Creative/ Marketing Intern

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our dynamic team as a Creative/Marketing Intern. In this role, you will manage and monitor our social media platforms, stay on top of the latest trends, contribute innovative campaign ideas, and analyze performance metrics to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Creative Intern

• Assist in the design process for various platforms, including websites, EDMs, and advertisements.
• Support data analysis of competitor and brand ads to inform creative decisions.
• Develop briefs for campaigns and advertisements, ensuring they align with project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and Creative Strategist to learn best practices and gain insights into the creative process.
• Provide general support to the creative team in day-to-day tasks and project management.

Marketing Intern

• Manage and monitor our social media accounts and post content.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends
• Brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Study analytics to judge campaign performance.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving social media performance.
• Content creation, translation, script-writing (written/photo/video) for social media 
• Various administrative tasks

Creative Intern

• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong proficiency in English, both in copywriting and communication.
• Basic analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Keen sense of current trends and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Bonus Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Traditional Chinese translation (Hong Kong style).
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  

Marketing Intern

• Have a related educational background or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
• Have good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Have good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills to drive tasks to completion.
• Passionate, creative and fun
• Able to use Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Office and Excel.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
