• Partners with Compliance and Job Cost departments to provide coordination and support for all Public Works projects.
• Coordinate with Project Management teams to schedule Public Works kick-off meetings.
• Thoroughly review all contract requirements, note benchmark dates and compliance requirements.
• Generate a project specific task and deadline list to distribute to departments and groups needed to successfully complete required items.
• Coordinate completion of project tasks with customer, subcontractors, PRIME Departments and Groups, providing continued communication, documentation and support as needed.
• Manage data entry into Smartsheet and Accounting System (Vista).
• Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.
• Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.
• Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

• Associate’s degree from two-year college or university and two to four years’ experience in a role focusing on one or more of the following: Public Works Administration, Contract Administration, Site or Project Coordination; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with, and understanding of, public works contracts a plus.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-focused with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively, professionally, and diplomatically interface at all levels (customers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, peers, field personnel, managers, and executives).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam and Smartsheet skills.
