This opening is a temporary 3-6 month assignment on our corporate learning and enablement team. The role is full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday day hours typically 8-5pm.
The Learning & Enablement Associate is responsible for the creation and execution of elearning and other training offerings for corporate partners and our physician practice community. This role is responsible for the full execution of training projects from start to finish for both synchronous and asynchronous forms of learning. Additionally, this role will be responsible for system and content administration in Privia’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Primary Job Duties:
Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to identify gaps, business needs and priorities
Develop interactive, engaging, scalable and effective elearning using appropriate tools and sound instructional design methodologies (e.g. Adult Learning principles)
Serve as a consultant in learning solutions for different internal & external audiences where applicable
Collaborate, educate and partner with Subject Matter Experts on Learning & Enablement team’s processes around full life cycle of training requests
Evaluate training offerings using metrics-driven methods
Stay abreast with technology trends and evolving expectations of learners
Troubleshoot e-learning course functionality in the various authoring tools for short and long term use
Experience with content management, such as Content Versioning, Content Reusability, Central Repositories, File Uploading, etc.
Create and upload courses into the LMS
Act as the initial point of contact for learners by answering inquiries and providing immediate resolution or careful redirection to escalated support resources
Provide LMS support for issue management through our CRM platform (Salesforce)
Produce and deliver custom and automatic reports that include metrics related to enrollment, usage, course completion, and other relevant LMS interactions
Pull and manage reports and perform audits as needed
Create Virtual Training offerings using online meeting tools and upload session recordings to Privia University
Coordinate training logistics: maintain training and events calendars and project boards
Provide support in creating eLearning courses and modules within the LMS, such as: uploading training materials, maintaining file versioning, and entering course descriptions, codes, and other course information
Maintain vendor relationships and stay abreast with system updates, changes, meetings, etc. Keep the L&E team informed of anticipated system changes and impact
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings where appropriate
Documenting and following up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings
Manage user synchronization & manual input for Docebo users
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, or related-field preferred
3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS), LMS administration, instructional design, and training curriculum development experience
Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (Camtasia and Articulate 360)
Docebo experience
Cloud-based content storage, organization, and file-sharing expertise (G Suite Preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience using online webinar software (Google Meet preferred)
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The hourly rate for this temporary opening is $35 to $40 per hour. The rate offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
