ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We’re looking for an experienced attorney to lead and guide on all legal matters across corporate governance, commercial, risk and compliance matters. You’ll be a member of our dynamic operations team and report to our CEO, managing all legal matters and driving our commercial contracting process. The ideal candidate must have substantial hands-on experience providing legal advice and counseling on varied commercial transactions directly to the business, and will work cross-functionally with the operations, finance, sales, technology and product teams.
