We are looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented French-speaking professionals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity based in Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, or chat in French.
- Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
- Offer proactive solutions to improve the customer experience and drive customer retention.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and policies.
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken) – C1 level or higher.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
