Have you thought about being in a Facilities Organization, that is critical to supporting manufacturing operations while also ensuring they create an office environment that is warm and inviting to our employees? The Facilities Engineer Specialist position at Procept is critical to ensuring the infrastructure supporting our manufacturing operations and general office environment is maintained with minimal downtime. The Facilities Engineer Specialist will be the first point of contact for facilities issues involving building systems supporting manufacturing operations and general building comfort. The Facilities Engineer Specialist will provide maintenance support to the Facilities Manager and the Facilities organization and will manage office functions including: Work order coordination, database management, daily office operations, providing input to budgets concerning building maintenance, and maintaining records. Additionally, the Facilities Engineer Specialist, under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, will manage outside contractors in support of the Facilities Department, including maintaining contracts and necessary documentation, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support.

• Monitor and maintain setpoints in the building management system. 
• Ensure the BMS programing is consistent and in line with best practices. 
• Respond to facilities tickets that are assigned to you and ensure there is good communication with customers on the atus of work orders. 
• Create and maintain Facilities maintenance schedules and ensures all maintenance activities are being completed per deadlines and recorded properly. 
• Responsible for all HVAC PM’s and be available on call for support as needed from outside vendors for non-routine issues. 
• Responds to off-hours incidents involving facilities systems 
• Assists in keeping accountability and reordering of Parts inventory for PM’s with Facilities Manager. 
• Assist in planning for repairs that will affect our manufacturing operations to ensure minimal downtime. 

• HVAC or Electrical technical certification or equivalent education and training 
• 5 years’ experience in building maintenance with a focus on HVAC preventive maintenance and repair. 
• Good customer service skills 
• Experience managing vendors who support HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc. 
• Experience using a BMS and CMMS is required.

Work Authorization Status: Citizen / Permanent Resident

This role's anticipated base pay range is $95,00-105,000 per year. 

Plus, there is eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
