Are you passionate about driving seamless training programs on a global scale? At PROCEPT BioRobotics, we’re looking for a Global Learning and Development Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in orchestrating training events that empower our teams and ensure success across the organization. This position provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate across departments, manage logistics, and create exceptional training experiences. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
  • Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of global training programs, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Support the Global Learning and Development team with administrative tasks, including material management in LMS (Litmos), BOX, and Salesforce.
  • Attend and facilitate training sessions at HQ (quarterly multi-week events) and other event locations, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Prepare, order, and ship materials required for training events globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leadership, facilities, IT, and marketing) to ensure training success.
  • Onboard new sales training employees with appropriate resources and materials.
  • Maintain employee training records and monitor progress within LMS systems.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance related to training and medical device events.
  • Ensure compliance with PROCEPT’s Quality Management System (QMS) in all training operations.
  • Support field sales reps through onboarding for ACADEMY training programs.
  • Travel (50%) domestically and internationally to facilitate training programs.


The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant coordination experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS, Salesforce, and BOX preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to global events as required


The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
  • Experience in the medical device industry or related field.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards for training and medical devices.

Work Environment:
  • Hybrid position: Required to support live training programs at HQ (San Jose, CA) and can perform administrative tasks remotely.
  • Must reside within a drivable distance of HQ.


For US-Based Candidates Only

Work Authorization Status: Citizen / Permanent Resident

 

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $ 93,000 -110,000 per year.

Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
