We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer and Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer and Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform. You will also be integrating Salesforce applications with various other systems at the enterprise level. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other development teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that drive business success. This role requires expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, along with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:- Coordinate with Quality Systems department to manage improvements and upgrades of Propel QMS within the SFDC platform.
- Work with quality system to create computer system validation reports, protocols, and test cases. Design, develop, and implement custom applications and solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Act as the primary administrator to support the Salesforce platform managing Quality-Management-System-related roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, QAD ERP, MES and other third-party enterprise systems (RESTful/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, ETL tools).
- Customize Salesforce modules, focusing on the Propel PLM modules and other Salesforce products as needed
- Develop and maintain proper data management by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance requirements, resolve data-related issues and promote a culture of data stewardship.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL).
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning, including developing custom Lightning components and pages.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like Knime, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Process (SDLC)
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security principles.
- Expertise in Salesforce data management, including data import/export, integration, and migration strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
- Experience with ERP, SQL is a plus, but not required.
- Medical device/Biotech background is a plus, but not required.
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess - Experience with Propel PMS Software on SFDC Platform is a major plus

- 10% of travel may be required
$130,000 - $154,000 semi monthly
This is the anticipated base range for this position, and it also includes a annual bonus of 15% and RSUs.
