Your Team:

You will collaborate with a close-knit team of ambitious and talented Ukrainian specialists, including a visionary CEO, an innovative CTO, a strategic Marketing Director, a skilled SEO Specialist, and creative developers and designers. Together, you will drive the success of the ArtTech initiative!

What You’ll Do:

  • Tracking & Pixels Setup: Implement Meta  pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, set up tracking to measure conversions, and integrate data seamlessly via API;
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate with designers to craft engaging ads (both static and motion) tailored for specific events that resonate with our audience;
  • Targeted Ad Launch: Launch high-impact campaigns targeting specific contacts and lookalike audiences to maximize performance and engagement;
  • Reporting: Develop insightful reports to track campaign success, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance campaigns to boost effectiveness and achieve outstanding results;
  • SMM Recommendations: Advise on social media content strategies that leverage effective ads to grow followership and engagement;
  • Remarketing Setup: Create compelling remarketing campaigns designed to convert leads into loyal customers and maximize results.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years in performance marketing, media buying, and PPC;
  • Expertise: Proficient in pixel and tracking setups as well as API integrations;
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads platforms;
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum impact;
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with designers, developers, and the broader team to achieve common goals;
  • Creativity: A flair for crafting effective ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences;
  • Proactivity: A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
