Your Role
Prominence Advisors is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be a critical driver of growth at our company. You’ll partner with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities, educate healthcare leaders about our innovative solutions, and build meaningful relationships that set the stage for impactful partnerships.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Generate leads within our target market through effective communication across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Maximize the full toolset of applications such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive Healthcare, ChatGPT, and Salesforce
- Nurture, manage, and document leads in Salesforce.
- Educate prospective clients about our best in KLAS Epic Services.
- Build relationships and trust with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
- Utilize industry-leading tools to identify buyer intent, nurture leads, and orchestrate account-based strategies.
- Learn and execute successful sales processes from initial discovery through the creation of qualified opportunities.
- Become an expert in Prominence Advisors’ solutions and how they address critical challenges.
- Collaborate and pursue value add initiatives within our marketing and sales functions.
- Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training to develop your skills and advance your career in healthcare sales.
Education, Training, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, ambitious mindset with a commitment to achieving results.
- Strong interest in healthcare, data analytics, and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
- Relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding client needs.
- Desire to continuously learn and grow in the healthcare and technology space.

- Willingness to travel for onsite meetings and business reviews as needed
Hours Worked
- This is a Full Time, 40 hour per week position.
