What we're looking for
Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking an Operations and Inventory Specialist to manage purchase orders, inventory, logistics, and billing processes. This role is essential for maintaining smooth financial operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory and expenses, and overseeing day-to-day financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase order processing and inventory control.
• Handle logistics, shipping, and experience with Amazon FBA.
• Process bills, expenses, and invoicing through an ERP system.
• Provide strong analytical support using Excel for financial reporting.
• Oversee and execute operational projects with attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Solid experience with Amazon FBA and logistics handling.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDI.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
