Ensure all design projects are delivered with high quality and meet deadlines.
Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines.
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while ensuring adherence to specifications.
Create rough drafts and initial concepts based on project briefs.
Innovate and refine designs while working within budget and time constraints.
Review and revise designs to ensure accuracy and high quality.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
Design social media visuals, banners, thumbnails, and marketing assets.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Create compelling thumbnails, infographics, and promotional graphics.
Proven 3 years of minimum experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
Professional English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard design tools.
Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and typography.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
Familiarity with finance/trading content is a plus but not required.
