Who We are Looking For

We are looking for motivated, entrepreneural individuals who are passionate about doing things different. In addition to joining a team of changemakers to shape the future of finance, you will play an essential role in the company's next stage of transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute all aspects of marketing strategies and initiatives, aligned with business objectives, to further strengthen the brand and drive profitable growth
• Oversee and maintain the company's PR and communications strategy to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation in the finance industry. Manage media relationships and handle inbound media inquiries.
• Engage in digital/content marketing, social media, thought leadership content and events to support market growth
• Reporting of analytics and market intelligence to bring competitor and customer insights
• Leverage on existing media relationships to secure positive coverage for new partnerships, product launches and executive profiling
• Track the performance of campaigns and provide data-backed insights to optimise future campaigns and find new opportunity areas. Conduct A/B tests to improve marketing effectiveness

• At least 4 years experience in a marketing/communications role
• Experience in content creation and understanding of marketing funda
• Hands on experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Knowledge of the crypto space and products is a huge plus
• Educational background in communications, marketing or an equivalent portfolio is preferred
• Exceptional speaking and writing capabilities in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
• Self motivated team player. Ability to work independently as well as partnering with and managing multiple stakeholders
• Bias for action, with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Attention to detail while balancing big-picture strategic work.
• SEO proficiency (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools)
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) is a plus
