⭐ Mission:

Join us as Marketing Lead Netherlands & Belgium to spearhead Qonto's ambitious expansion in the Benelux region, one of our highest-potential new markets, launched last October.

You will be instrumental in establishing and growing Qonto's presence in these markets, working closely with Carles to build our brand from the ground up and drive our growth strategy.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Marketing Lead Netherlands & Belgium at Qonto (based in Paris), you will

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish Qonto's brand positioning in the Netherlands and Belgium

• Drive marketing initiatives across multiple channels to achieve ambitious sales targets and increase brand awareness

• Coordinate with central teams (SEO, PMM, Website, CRM, etc.) to ensure local market alignment while maintaining global brand consistency

• Build and nurture relationships with local journalists, customers, and key stakeholders through events and ecosystem activities (30 to 50% of traveling to the local markets needed)

• Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve growth objectives


🤔 What you can expect:

 Market Context: Lead the charge in one of Qonto's most promising markets, with the opportunity to shape our brand presence from the ground up in the Netherlands and Belgium

• Work Style: Split your time between Paris (50-70%) and local markets (30-50%), combining strategic planning with hands-on execution

 Impact: Direct influence on Qonto's expansion in the Benelux region

 Tools & Resources: Access to Qonto's full marketing stack and support from central teams to drive local success


🤝 About your future manager

You will report to Carles, Managing Director of Spain & New Markets


His path: Carles started his career in Business Development in an international context. He gained knowledge of Spanish and International Tech Market by working for companies such as GoCardless until he joined Qonto in 2019 as our Country Manager in Spain where he built everything from scratch.


What he can bring to you:

• Strategic guidance and support in achieving your objectives

• Regular coaching and feedback on budget allocation

• Help in removing obstacles and facilitating cross-functional collaboration

• Clear alignment between local initiatives and global strategy


🏅About You

• Market Expertise: You have deep knowledge of the Dutch and Belgian markets, ideally having lived or worked extensively there

• Marketing Leadership: You bring a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including successful management of significant marketing budgets

• Growth Marketing: You have a proven track record in acquisition-focused marketing, preferably in tech, scale-up, or fintech environments

• Data-Driven Mindset: You combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to make data-informed decisions

• Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
