🚀 Why This Role?

As our new Sr. Business Developer you will join our rapidly expanding scale-up, you'll be joining a dedicated team with a shared mission to make a difference. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and responsibility, allowing you to take ownership of your own market. You’ll have the opportunity to identify and research promising leads, make cold calls, set appointments, build lasting relationships, and close deals. Whether it's collaborating with colleagues, traveling internationally, or managing your own portfolio of clients, you’ll play a key role in the company’s growth and success.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Engage with potential clients, conduct outreach through various channels, set appointments, and build lasting relationships to support our business development efforts.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for our partner practices, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Advise and Inspire: Understand the unique challenges and goals of our clients and offer tailored solutions that contribute to their growth.
  • Think in Numbers and People: Track your progress carefully in our CRM system and provide regular updates on your achievements.

👋 Who You Are

  • Experienced Business Developer: With at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development or trading.
  • International Experience: You have a strong background working with international teams and customers, navigating cross-cultural dynamics, and building relationships across borders.
  • Proven Track Record in Sales: You are results-driven and have a history of consistently achieving sales targets, with experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Multilingual: Fluency in English plus German is highly preferred.

Note - at this moment, we do not offer relocation or immigration packages, we are looking forward to hearing from candidates who already have their main residence in the Netherlands.
